2008 TELLURIDE BLUES & BREWS SUNDAY HIGHLIGHTS

The final day of the festival was one for the books. Etta James performed a legendary set and other bands like the Dirty Dozen Brass Band, the Blind Boys of Alabama, and Derek Trucks brought the house down. 2008 TELLURIDE BLUES & BREWS THURSDAY HIGHLIGHTS

Thursday night the Bal De Maison kicked off the 2008 Telluride Blues & Brews Festival at the Fly Me To The Moon Saloon. John Alex Mason kicked off the night with a powerful performance and then Back Door Slam came to rock the house, including a monstrous rendition of "Red House" to close their set.

BAL DE MAISON

Alright blues & brews fans, the festival is finally about to begin! The music kicks off tomorrow night with the Bal de Maison. Back Door Slam is playing at 10:00PM at Fly Me To The Moon Saloon. Be sure to get your tickets while you still can!

RAINBOW KIDS AREA

Kids of all ages can enjoy various activities in the Rainbow Kids area throughout the festival weekend. Living Folklore features children's entertainment, workshops, and two parades, one on Saturday and one on Sunday. Bring the kids to the Rainbow Kids area to join the wild and wacky Living Folklore Clowns, Giggly Sprout and Gumbo Wobbly. To learn more about the Living Folklore Clowns or The Arizona Living Folklore, visit http://www.livingfolklore.com/. Additional activities in the Rainbow Kids area include a climbing wall for children 3 and up ($), inflatable bounce games ($), and face painting.

All Rainbow Kids events take place within the Rainbow Kids area on festival grounds. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
